Jeff Keefer joined the Board of Directors of The Michael J. Fox Foundation in 2013 and assumed the chairmanship in 2015.
He is retired from the DuPont Company, where he last served as an executive vice president responsible for corporate strategy development, information technology and other business functions. He was also executive vice president & chief financial officer of DuPont from 2006 through 2009. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of CVC Capital Partners, the Sustainability Advisory Board of Novelis and the Board of Directors of Progressive Waste Solutions.
Mr. Keefer believes research will deliver a cure for Parkinson's disease and is an active supporter. He and his wife, Anne, established the Jeff & Anne Keefer Fund for Parkinson's Research at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to the MJFF Board, he serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Pennsylvania's Institute for Aging and the Board of the Parkinson's Council of Philadelphia.
