Jennifer Pederson

Jennifer Pederson currently serves as the Director of Project Management for Development: Fundraising Strategy & Operations at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, where responsibilities include leading the Development Project Management team and ensuring operational success. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at the YMCA of the North, including Director of the Project Management Office, where project alignment with organizational goals was a key focus, and Senior Project/Program Manager, successfully managing project portfolios and enhancing project management acumen. Additional experience includes Senior Project/Program Manager at OptumHealth and a series of roles at Target, ranging from Human Resources Business Partner to Team Development Leader. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota.
