Julia Pitcher

Julia Pitcher is a highly experienced government relations professional currently serving as the Director of State Government Relations for The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research since October 2021. In this newly created role, Julia is tasked with driving the foundation's public policy agenda across various states and strengthening advocacy relationships with stakeholders. Prior to this, Julia held positions such as Director of State Policy & Advocacy at PhRMA, where regional strategies were developed to address legislative objectives, and Senior Legislative Consultant at the Law Office of J. William Pitcher, managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Julia's background also includes key roles in public affairs and legislative assistance at organizations such as March of Dimes and the State of Maryland. Julia holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Music in Entertainment Business from Syracuse University.
