Michael Derose

Michael DeRose is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Business Management Lead at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research since July 2021. Michael oversees project management across various teams, ensuring consistency and quality control. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Project Management, managing the foundation's Project Management Office and ensuring timely and budget-compliant program delivery. Michael’s extensive background includes leadership roles at JDRF International, where responsibilities included project management structure development and creative asset delivery for multiple fundraising programs. Additionally, experience at BrandWizard involved the implementation of online brand management systems, alongside earlier roles at SmartMoney Custom Solutions and Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Emerson College.
