Cody Roskelley

Cody Roskelley, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cody is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Development at The Michaels Organization. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Developer at Pennrose from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2022, Cody held multiple roles at the Houston Housing Authority, including Vice President of Real Estate Investment and Development and Director of Real Estate Investment & Development. Before that, they served as the President & CEO of Community Builders LLC from 2015 to 2022. Cody also worked as the Texas Director of Operations & Investments at Key Property Services from 2014 to 2015 and as a Vice President of Investments & Operations at International Interests from 2009 to 2014. Their early career includes the role of Development Manager at AmREIT from 2005 to 2009.

Cody Roskelley, MBA, has a strong educational background in finance and real estate. Cody completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rice University, specializing in Finance & Real Estate, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Cody earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance & Real Estate from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their academic achievements, Cody also holds several certifications that further enhance their expertise in the field. Cody obtained a TDHCA Experience Certificate for LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) Development in Texas from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs in August 2021. Furthermore, they have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since December 2007, accredited by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
