Lea Ann Bowers, CPTD, CDE®, GTML has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lea Ann is currently the Director of Talent Development at The Michaels Organization. Prior to this, they worked as a #IamRemarkable Facilitator, where they hosted workshops and acted as an ambassador for the initiative. Lea Ann has also held positions such as Director of Talent Management and DE&I at Spectra, Director of Learning and Organizational Development at STARR Restaurants, and Senior Program Manager at Aramark. Lea Ann has also worked as a Director of Talent Development at Comcast Spectacor and held multiple roles at Aramark, including Program Manager and Manager of Instructional Design. Earlier in their career, they served as the Manager of Learning and Development and Instructional Designer at Burlington Stores, Inc. and held various positions at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and Fulton Financial Corporation.

Lea Ann obtained a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.

Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Lea Ann attended Drexel University from 2005 to 2009.
