Nicholas Cangelosi

Nicholas Cangelosi has a significant amount of experience in development and project coordination. Nicholas currently holds the role of Senior Vice President of Development at The Michaels Organization, where they are responsible for various aspects of development activity. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Development at the same company, concentrating on development activities in several states. Before joining The Michaels Organization, Cangelosi worked at Conifer Realty, LLC as a Project Director, responsible for coordinating the development process. Their previous experience also includes working at the Camden County Improvement Authority as a Senior Project Coordinator and a Development Specialist.

Nicholas Cangelosi completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgetown University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they studied Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, Nicholas pursued coursework towards an MBA specializing in Finance at Rutgers University - Camden. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Associate from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
