Theresa Rogers

Theresa Rogers serves as the Director of Accounts Receivable and Treasury Management at The Michaels Organization, a position held since August 2002, where leadership and management involve mentoring teams and overseeing financial operations, including treasury and cash flow management. Previously, Theresa held the role of Corporate Accountant and began a career as an Accounting Assistant II. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager/Receptionist at Home Mortgage Insurance from 1999 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rowan University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Rowan College at Gloucester County, along with studies at Camden County College.
