The Michelle McQuaid Group
Sought around the world for our ability to help build thriving workplaces, flourishing schools, stronger communities we translate the latest research in human flourishing into actionable, affordable and measurable strategies, programs and tools. We do this at the levels of 'Me' (individual), 'We' (leaders and teams), and 'Us' (workplaces, schools, and communities) by helping: • People to care for their wellbeing, even when people are struggling (The Wellbeing Lab). • Leaders and teams to create cultures of care, even when people's work is complex and challenging (The Leaders Lab). • Workplaces, schools and communities lead powerful conversations and move forward together, even in messy and uncertain times (The Change Lab). Independent evaluations of our programs and tools find 91% of participants are confident they can apply the knowledge and skills they learned, and 98% recommend our programs to others. It's why our clients include Deloitte’s, IBM, LendLease, Treasury Wine Estate, the Dubai Government, and Melbourne University among many others. It's also why we're trusted by many of the world’s leading researchers including Professors Carol Dweck, Angela Duckworth, Adam Grant, Kim Cameron, and David Cooperrider to share their findings, on our widely acclaimed Making Positive Psychology Work podcast. And why we have the privilege and pleasure of blogging for Psychology Today, and having our work featured in the Harvard Business Review, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and other media outlets around the world.
