Jonathan Bird

Jonathan Bird is an experienced IT professional specializing in application support and infrastructure analysis, currently serving as a Senior Application Support Analyst at The Midcounties Co-operative since July 2013. With a strong background in SQL, Linux, and Oracle platforms, Jonathan has expertise in Documaker and has held various roles, including Service Desk Analyst. Prior to joining The Midcounties Co-operative, Jonathan worked at PCMS Group and completed an intensive IT apprenticeship at Zenos IT Training, achieving multiple vendor qualifications from Microsoft and CompTIA. Educationally, Jonathan completed high school at Caludon Castle School in 2009.
