Ricky Edwards

Ricky Edwards has over 15 years of experience in IT and customer support, currently serving as a Lead Scrum Master at The Midcounties Co-operative since May 2008. In this role, Ricky facilitates a cross-functional IT team, ensuring the effective adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and promoting agile principles for continuous progress and innovation. Previously, Ricky worked as an Application Support Analyst, providing comprehensive support across a food estate comprising over 240 stores, managing software installations, and collaborating with development teams to improve system efficiency.
