The Middle Six exists to redefine and standardize sales. We create sales roadmaps that empower, educate, and engage entire companies. We promise to stay curious, trust the process, utilize the team, and pursue perfection. We believe that sales is equal parts art and science. We are here to help small business owners with no defined sales team, seeking to create, fill or sustain sales pipelines by embracing this mentality.

We are ready to help small business owners who are ready to invest in an expansive new business opportunity, escape from being a solo sales team, and/or create scalable sales processes so they can properly plan for succession/exit. We do this by using a proprietary process called the CIRCLE, and then we execute powerful sales initiatives with you that drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and build team-selling cultures.

We are passionate about creating and fostering dynamic sales teams and help companies do this by using Predictive Index, the world's leading talent optimization platform. We help align your people strategy with your business strategy.
