Tom Donaruma

Tom Donaruma has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Tom started their career as a Manager of Employee Relations in 1990, overseeing HR, employee relations, and labor relations for multiple grocery retail chains. In 1997, they became the Director of HR - Distribution at Ames Department Stores, where they managed HR functions for four distribution centers. In 2002, they joined American Insulated Wire, initially as the Director of HR and later as the Vice President of HR. Tom was responsible for overall HR functions and played a key role in culture change and strategic planning. In 2011, Tom joined Brahmin Leatherworks as the Director of HR, where they established the company's first HR department and implemented a new management approach. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at The Middlesex Corporation, where they oversee HR operations.

Tom Donaruma attended Northern Essex Community College from 1978 to 1980. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1980 to 1984.
