Evan Graff

Evan Graff has extensive experience in operations and management roles. Evan is currently serving as the VP of Operations at The Miles Group since 2023. Prior to this, they were the VP of Operations at SBI, The Growth Advisory from 2019 to 2023, where they led key strategic initiatives and established a risk management program. Evan also served as the Director of Operations at SBI from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Process & Operations at Conversant LLC from 2017 to 2019, leading enterprise-wide initiatives and designing operational processes. Evan also held roles at Axiom as an Associate in Solution Engineering/Project Management, where they led various projects and implemented improved operations processes. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst in Metrics & Reporting at Axiom, focusing on delivery performance and workflow controls. Evan began their career as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at the Centre for Sustainability and Excellence and later co-founded Earth Core Organics, where they designed a business plan and conducted negotiations.

Evan Graff holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Bowdoin College, where they majored in Biology and minored in Economics. Evan also attended the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools.
