Janice Sneider O'Rourke

Janice Sneider O'Rourke has a substantial career in public health and management, with extensive experience in leadership roles. From October 2007 until January 2020, Janice served as the Executive Director of The Milk Bank, following a tenure as Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Indiana Health Centers, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. Prior roles include Section Chief at the Indiana State Department of Health and Child Health Nutrition Consultant at the Arkansas Department of Health. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University, a Master of Public Administration in Public Management from Indiana University Indianapolis, and completed coursework for a PhD in Philanthropic Studies at the same institution. Currently, Janice is retired.
