Cristina Grigore has over 10 years of experience working in people support functions, where they discovered their passion for helping individuals grow personally and professionally. Cristina specializes in professional and leadership coaching, guiding individuals to evolve, find balance, and optimize their potential.

In their most recent role as the Head of HR at The Mill Adventure, they oversee the human resources department. Prior to that, they worked as a Professional and Leadership Coach/Team Coach at Cristina Grigore Coaching, providing coaching services to individuals and specializing in leadership coaching for young and established leaders.

Cristina also served as the Head of Human Resources at KaFe Rocks Group, where they collaborated with the leadership team to recruit and develop talent and worked on culture development and communications.

Before that, Cristina held the position of HR Manager at XCaliber Technologies Limited, where they developed and implemented HR strategies and contributed to promoting company culture. Cristina also served as an HR Manager at Optaros, providing full-cycle HR support to the Bucharest office and driving HR excellence.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Manager at Capgemini BPO/IBX Business Network, where they managed all aspects of HR operations and worked closely with the global HR community to align policies with business priorities. Cristina also held roles as an HR Generalist and an HR Representative, where they handled various HR processes and initiatives for a 90+ team.

Cristina Grigore's education history begins with obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bucharest, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. Cristina later pursued further education and obtained a Diploma in Personal, Leadership & Executive Coaching from Kingstown College in 2020. In 2021, they engaged in the Team Coaching Practitioner Programme with David Clutterbuck at Kingstown College. Additionally, Cristina acquired certifications such as the CCMI Accredited Team Coach from Clutterbuck Coaching Mentoring International in February 2023 and the Accredited Coach - Practitioner Level from EMCC Global in June 2021.
