Kalen Mills

Kalen Mills, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and management support. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Oregon Coast Community Action and Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center since April 2020 and May 2017, respectively, Kalen has cultivated expertise in performance management, documentation, and investigative processes. Additionally, Kalen has worked at The Mill Casino Hotel & RV Park as an Employee Relations Manager since October 2008, focusing on improving staff morale, productivity, and retention. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Assistant & Payroll Administrator at Boise Cascade and as a Receptionist at Fleetwood RV, Inc. Kalen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Oregon University.
