Alexi Hayes

Alexi Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Vice President at The Millennium Alliance since January 2024, Alexi previously held the position of Vice President at GDS Group from August 2013 to February 2024, where additional responsibilities included serving as Director of Strategic Partnerships. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Business Development at AIESEC United States from January 2012 to July 2013, where significant contributions were made in driving sales results and managing corporate relations. Alexi also held a leadership position as VP Business Development & Incoming Exchange at AIESEC San Luis Obispo, leading a successful sales team and enhancing local sales processes. Earlier experience includes work as an Accounting Assistant at Hayes, CPA. Alexi earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in International Business from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, complemented by international study at Scuola Lorenzo de' Medici.
