Greta Laroza Aphr (She/Her)

Greta LaRoza, aPHR (She/Her) has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1994 at Pacific Sunwear, they worked as a District Manager and in Management until 2008. At Pacific Sunwear, they gained experience in managing operations, inventory, and employees. Greta then joined American Eagle Outfitters as a District Manager from 2008 to 2011, where they excelled in financial duties, workforce planning, and customer service management. Greta's next role was at Tillys, where they worked as a District Manager from 2011 to 2019. During their time at Tillys, they successfully developed new locations, increased bottom-line profits, and optimized sales and merchandising programs. Currently, Greta is a Human Resources Generalist at The Millennium Group, starting in 2021.

Greta LaRoza, aPHR (She/Her) obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ocean County College in 1994. In 2021, they attended Brookdale Community College to receive their Human Resources Certification. Additionally, in March 2022, Greta obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from HRCI.
