Rosemarie Chappell-Trotman has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1997 with Bank of America as an Associate Homeownership Program Team Leader. Rosemarie then worked as a Mortgage Banker at First Citizens Bank from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2002, they served as a Loan Officer at Housing Partnership. Rosemarie joined Bank of America again in 2002, this time as a Consumer Real Estate Mortgage Operations Manager until 2006. Following that, they worked as a Family Services Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte from 2007 to 2011. Since 2013, they have been working at The Millennium Group where they hold the position of Customer Relationship Management Specialist. Rosemarie'sresponsibilities include providing administrative support for client operations, resolving IT issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Rosemarie Chappell-Trotman attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance at Central Piedmont Community College. Additionally, Rosemarie has obtained a Certificate in Community and Environmental Development from Pratt Institute.
