Malika A. Kirkling, AIA, is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in project management and design. Currently serving as an Architect/Project Manager/Technical Architect at The Miller Hull Partnership since May 2017, Malika also contributes to the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Seattle Chapter as a Membership Steering Committee Member and Director on the Board of Directors. Active in academia as a Visiting Critic at the University of Washington, Malika has provided mentorship in graduate architecture design studios and technology courses. Previous roles include Architectural Designer and Project Manager at IBI Group, serving on the Seattle Design Commission, and various positions at Geise Architects, PLACE Architects, and VIA Architecture. Malika holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Miami University, where recognitions have been awarded for mentoring contributions.
