Nicole Lee

Nicole Lee serves as an Investment Associate at The Mills Fabrica, focusing on investments in early-stage startups and venture funds that are disrupting the food and textiles sectors. Nicole is also a member of Global Women in VC. Previously, Nicole held significant roles in various organizations including as Program Manager for food tech at Brinc, where leadership in investment and program delivery was key to Asia's first food tech startup accelerator. Nicole's earlier experiences include positions at Saïd Business School, foodpanda, Green Monday, The Good Food Institute, Anabel's Grocery, and Summerbridge Hong Kong, showcasing a strong background in strategic partnerships, corporate engagement, and operational management. Academically, Nicole holds a B.A. in Sociology with Distinction from Cornell University, complemented by a minor in Business and another in Community Food Systems.
