Aleicha Ostler

Aleicha Ostler is the Founder and Executive Director of Invent Learning Hub, a K-8 school that opened in 2019, focusing on personalized learning and design thinking to foster collaborative, entrepreneurial problem-solvers. Aleicha has served as a Charter School Fellow at The Mind Trust since July 2017 and has been the Principal at Indianapolis Public Schools since June 2010, where the leadership includes overseeing the first Action Based Learning magnet option program recognized as the only ABL Showcase School in the nation. Prior experience includes holding the position of Assistant Principal at Indianapolis Public Schools from 2008 to 2010 and teaching at IPS from 2001 to 2008. Aleicha holds a Master's degree in K-12 School Administration, Educational Leadership and Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis.
