Patrick H. Jones II

Patrick H. Jones II, Ed.D., serves as the CEO of Exponentia Prime since June 2022, focusing on developing educational tools for urban youth in high ability math and competitions. Currently, Patrick holds dual roles as Senior Vice President of Leadership and Equity and Senior Director of School Incubation at The Mind Trust since June 2018. Previous positions include Director of Secondary Academics and Principal at Tindley Accelerated Schools, along with a teaching role in 8th grade mathematics. Patrick's career began with content editing at CTB McGraw Hill and as an Information Specialist for the Compton Unified School District. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Marian University Indianapolis, a Master’s in Education Curriculum from California State University-Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fisk University.
