Justin Williams

Justin Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Justin began their career at GE as an Order Fulfillment Specialist before moving on to become an Order Fulfillment Team Lead, where they managed a team and supported global sales. Justin then took on the role of Strategic Initiatives Leader and Six Sigma Black Belt, where they implemented cost reduction initiatives and provided training across multiple GE business units. Justin then joined ABB as a Transformation Program Manager, leading large-scale projects after the acquisition of a GE business unit. In their most recent role at The Miner Corporation, they have held positions including Director of Operational Excellence, Regional Director of Operations, and currently, Senior Director of National Operations. In these roles, they have been responsible for P&L performance, project execution, and customer service in the field service industry.

Justin Williams has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy & Operations from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Justin also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Economics from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Additionally, Justin is a Crotonville Alumni, indicating their completion of executive leadership training. Justin has acquired several certifications, including Leadership Academy from OnPoint Group, LLC (obtained in May 2023), SVMX201 Certified Advanced Administrator from ServiceMax (obtained in October 2020), SVMX101 Certified Administrator from ServiceMax (obtained in September 2020), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from GE (obtained in 2017), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from GE (obtained in 2012).
