Darlynn M. Benjamin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and administrative support within nonprofit and public sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at The Minneapolis Foundation since October 2019, Darlynn provides high-level support to the Chief Impact Officer and Senior Vice President of Impact. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Innovations and Collaboration at the Metropolitan Alliance of Connected Communities, Principal and Co-Founder of The McClung Consulting Group, and District Director/Deputy District Director for the U.S. House of Representatives. Darlynn has also worked as a consultant for the Community Action Partnership, providing education to state legislators. An independent entrepreneur, Darlynn operates Signature Cakes by Darlynn. Darlynn holds a Master of Science in Public Management and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University, and a Leadership Certificate from the University of Michigan.
