Karen Knox has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning several decades. Since October 1989, Karen has served as Catering Director at The Mirage, where Karen has honed their expertise in event planning and management. Prior to this role, Karen worked as Banquet Manager at Trump Castle Hotel & Casino from May 1985 to June 1988, further developing their skills in coordinating large-scale events and dining experiences.
