The Mirage
Paul Schillig has a long and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Paul started their career as a Casino Marketing Specialist at The Venetian® I The Palazzo® resort in 2008. Over the years, they held various roles including VIP Coordinator, Assistant Manager of VIP Services, Hotel Manager, VIP Manager, and Assistant Director of Luxury Services. In 2017, they joined Palms Casino Resort as the Director of Hotel Operations, and then moved to Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in 2019 in the same role. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Hotel Operations at The Mirage, starting from June 2023.
Paul Schillig has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Media Management and Marketing from Kent State University. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications as a Food Protection Manager from ServSafe Certified and as a Responsible Gaming Ambassador from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
