Karen Reeves

Karen Reeves has extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Karen is currently the Director of Human Resources at Methodist Rehabilitation Center, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, Karen was the Human Resources Manager at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. from August 2015 to February 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Self Employed HR Consultant. Before that, Karen worked as a Human Resource Consultant at Morgan White Group from October 2013 to June 2015. Karen also has experience as a Sales Director at Independent Pension Solutions, LLC and as an office manager at the Law Offices of John R. Reeves, PC. Karen started their career as an HR Manager at Lamar Life Insurance Co. and as an Assistant HR Manager at Security Savings/HC Bailey Companies.

Karen Reeves attended Clinton High School from 1978 to 1981 and received their HS Diploma. Karen then went on to Mississippi College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management/Marketing from 1981 to 1984. Karen continued their education at Mississippi College and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from 1984 to 1986.
