Dylan Tarascio is a Mechanical Engineer in Training currently with The Mitchell Partnership Inc. since August 2022, following a similar role at The HIDI Group from May 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes project management for QUBE, a student-run organization at Queen's University, focusing on business-oriented engineering in management consulting and financial markets. Additionally, Dylan has served as an Investment Analyst and gained foundational experience as a Base Building Mechanical Intern at The HIDI Group and a Design and Construction Engineering Intern at the Toronto District School Board. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and a Certificate in Business/Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.

Founded in 1958 in Toronto, The Mitchell Partnership Inc. (TMP) is a mechanical building services consulting engineering practice. Our Toronto office has 130 employees including approximately 70 professional engineers and designers. We have established alliances with selected firms across North America, facilitating qualified local representation in major centres. Our design philosophy expands TMP’s services beyond traditional boundaries. We have cultivated a sensitivity for client and market priorities in all facets of the building services mechanical engineering field. Project types include a broad spectrum of commercial, high rise, institutional, retail, and industrial applications of all sizes. Recognized as an industry leader, we design energy efficient mechanical systems including the development of original central heat pump chillers, hot and cold thermal storage, compartmentalized VAV air conditioning systems, and office underfloor air distribution. Our close association with the construction and building operations components of our industry provides valuable feedback, giving us unique insight into the effectiveness of our efforts and allowing us to continuously upgrade our familiarity with, and understanding of, our increasingly complex specialty. We have contributed to the evolution of mechanical systems design through the transfer of advanced technologies from our worldwide portfolio, to encourage the adoption of innovative practices on all our projects.
