Jassinya Alvarado-Padilla

Jassinya Alvarado-Padilla is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Assistant Principal, Assistant Director of School Climate, Supervising Coordinator of Student Services, and Coordinator of School Climate at the School District of Lancaster since August 2019. Jassinya also holds the position of Board Secretary for The Mix since September 2020 and has served as a Board Member for both Bridge of Hope National and Ambassadors for Hope from April 2021 to August 2023 and January 2021 to August 2023, respectively. Previous experience includes working as an English Language Arts Teacher at I LEAD Charter School - Reading from October 2015 to August 2019, a Technical Specialist at Apple from August 2014 to October 2016, and an Assistant Manager at Papa John's International from July 2011 to August 2014. Jassinya holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration at Millersville University, alongside earning a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
