Courtney Hutchison

Courtney Hutchison is the Market President for Colorado at MJ Insurance, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Courtney was the Senior Vice President and Denver Practice Leader at Aon from October 2004 to February 2022, where responsibilities included P&L oversight for the Health Solutions Practice, leadership of client-specific service teams, and development of customized health and benefits strategies for large employers. Additional experience includes serving as a Benefits Consultant at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from 2000 to 2004. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University and has completed post-graduate courses in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School and Northwestern University, in addition to a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist Program at The Wharton School.
