David Edis II is currently the Food and Beverage Manager at The Underground Speakeasy within The Mob Museum, a role held since December 2021. This position involves overseeing an immersive Prohibition history exhibit featuring a distillery and speakeasy. Prior experience includes serving as the General Manager of Food and Beverage at Container Park from June 2017 to September 2022, with earlier roles at Backstage Bar & Billiards and PARK ON FREMONT LLC as a bartender. David Edis II began a career in the beverage industry as an On-Premise Spirit and Wine Sales Consultant at Wirtz Beverage Nevada from 2008 to 2014. Educational background includes studies at Kaplan University-Davenport Campus from 2003 to 2006.
