James F. Germain

Jim Germain is a tourism consultant who was born in Las Vegas and is a member of a pioneer Las Vegas family. Germain joined USA Hosts, Ltd., Las Vegas, in 1982 and served as Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice President and was CEO for eleven years. As Senior Corporate Officer, he supervised 13 offices in eight states (three offices in Nevada). Prior employment included working in sales for the Flamingo Hilton Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas Hilton Hotel and Casino, and as Director of Sales for the Sahara Hotel and Casino. Germain also was a Hospitality Management Instructor at UNLV, Las Vegas. He serves on several professional and tourism-based boards.
