Steve Foley

Steve Foley is a seasoned professional in construction management with extensive experience in project oversight and estimation. Currently, Steve serves as a Senior Project Manager at Model Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Vice President at Performance Construction for over three decades, focusing on estimating, scheduling, and project management. Steve's career also includes significant roles such as Chief Estimator at The G.A. Fibbe Company and Project Manager at Warm Bros. Construction Co., where responsibilities involved detailed project estimates, contract negotiations, and comprehensive project management from inception to completion. Steve holds an Associate of Science in Architectural Engineering/Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
