Previous positions include Heart Of House Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, Collections Manager at Sunrise Credit Services, Inc., and project management roles at Verizon. Gena's educational background includes studying at Star Culinary Academy and earning a diploma in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Mercyhurst University.
