Joann Sourivong

Joann Sourivong currently holds the position of Rooms Controller at The Modern, a Hilton Vacation Club, since December 2019, and also works as a Reception Agent at THE MODERN HONOLULU since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Selling and Service Keyholder and Sales Associate at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH from November 2013 to November 2019, as well as a Customer Service Representative at Spectrum from August 2018 to January 2019. Joann is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to complete in August 2024. Joann previously earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Human Services at Honolulu Community College from 2016 to 2018, having also attended the same institution between 2014 and 2016.
