Matthew Hickey

Matthew Hickey has extensive work experience in operations and strategy. Matthew is currently the Operations Director at The Modern Milkman, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operational Excellence at The Modern Milkman from 2021 to 2022. Before joining The Modern Milkman, Matthew worked as an Operations Development Manager at Fabric, formerly CommonSense Robotics, from 2019 to 2021. Matthew also gained experience as a Strategy & Operations Analyst at CommonSense Robotics from 2018 to 2019. Matthew's earlier experience includes working as a Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at Newton Europe, where they worked on various projects in the Procurement and Supply Chain team.

Matthew Hickey attended Torquay Boys' Grammar School from 2002 to 2009. Matthew then went on to study at the University of Cambridge from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
