Chris Pai

Christopher Pai is an accomplished investment professional currently serving as the Manager of Investment Analysis at The Mogharebi Group since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the Investment Analysis Department and conducting property valuations using various financial modeling techniques. Previous roles at The Mogharebi Group include Investment Analyst, Junior Investment Analyst, and Database Investment Analyst, focusing on underwriting potential investment opportunities and market analysis. Christopher also has a solid foundation in leadership and management from AOSA Coffee, where leadership was exercised over a team of more than 10 employees. Additional experience includes founding the Food and Culture Club at Chapman University and serving as a Division III athlete in cross country and track. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Germanic Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Chapman University.
