Allison Robinson is the founder and CEO of The Mom Project. Allison is a working mom herself, and they understand the challenges that working mothers face. Allison started The Mom Project to help moms find flexible, family-friendly jobs.

Allison has over ten years of experience in the consumer goods industry. Allison spent six years at Procter & Gamble, where they led the North America Baby Care market strategy and planning team. Allison also worked as an associate at the Davis Center for Portfolio Management and as a real estate agent at Village Realty.

Allison is passionate about their work at The Mom Project and is committed to helping working mothers succeed.

Allison Robinson has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton. Allison also attended Notre Dame Academy in Park Hills, Kentucky.
