Andrew Douglas

Andrew Douglas possesses a strong background in the concrete and construction materials industry, currently serving as a District Account Representative at The Monarch Cement Company since September 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew was an Operations Manager at Talon Concrete & Quicksilver Readymix from June 2023 to September 2024 and previously held the position of KC District Sales Manager at Martin Marietta for a brief tenure in early 2023. Andrew also served as General Sales Manager and Sales Representative at Talon Concrete & Quicksilver Readymix from November 2018 to February 2023 and has extensive experience as Plant Manager at Oldcastle Infrastructure from June 2008 to October 2018. Andrew earned an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Cloud County Community College between 2006 and 2008.
