The Monarch School and Institute
JoAnn Sierra is a professional educator and teaching assistant at The Monarch School and Institute. Prior to this, JoAnn worked as an Assistant Language Teacher for the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) (JET). JoAnn also has experience as a Salesforce Intern at DiscoverU Fantastic Learning Opportunities and as a student at Nanzan University, where JoAnn took Japanese language and culture classes. Additionally, JoAnn participated in the Hokkaido International Foundation (HIF) Summer Language Program and worked as a research assistant at the University of Notre Dame's BRAVE Lab, which focused on the effects of domestic abuse on women and children. JoAnn graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2020.

About The Monarch Institute for Neurological Differences The Monarch School is the cornerstone program of the Monarch Institute for Neurological Differences which also includes The Monarch Diagnostic Clinic, Therapy Services, Training Center, Transition Services, and the Replication Program.
