Krystal Compton

Krystal Compton currently serves as the Lead Registered Behavior Technician at The Monarch School and Institute, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes an internship at Success On The Spectrum and roles as a Registered Behavior Technician/Student Analyst at InBloom Autism Services and a Special Education Paraprofessional at Fort Bend ISD. Krystal started the career in behavioral therapy as a Behavioral Therapist at Pine Cone Therapies, LLC, and as a Lead Therapist at BlueSprig, following an early role as an Assistant Teacher at Kids R Kids Learning Academies. Krystal's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown.
