Currently serving as the National Head of Production at The Monkeys since January 2018, Romanca also holds the position of Certified Auntie at The Aunties since September 2021 and is the Director of Major Events at the Melbourne Advertising Design + Creativity Club (MADC) since May 2021. Previous roles include EP/Head of Integrated Production at BWM Dentsu, Executive Producer at George Patterson Y&R, Head of TV at Y&R Mattingly, and Head of TV at Grey Advertising. Romanca's career spans over two decades, showcasing a commitment to excellence in production and creative leadership.
