Christian Capo

Christian Capo, LMSW, is currently the Social Services Director at the Montrose Center, where responsibilities include leading program design and project management for Senior Services. Previous roles include Health Equity Manager at the East Harris County Empowerment Council, focusing on public health education and organizing community events, and Albert Schweitzer Fellow at Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston, where social justice and chronic illness research were priorities. Other experiences include serving as a Student Ambassador at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work, a Macro-Practice Intern at YMCA International Services, and a Coordinator of High School & Young Adult Ministries at Living Word Lutheran Church. Christian Capo holds a Master's degree in Macro Practice Social Work from the University of Houston and two Bachelor's degrees from Rice University in Health Policy Analysis and Psychology.
