Kelly Adolph

Kelly Adolph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, business operations, and talent development. Currently serving as a Non Profit Virtual Assistant at The More Than Giving Co. since May 2020, Kelly has also operated as the owner of I.AM VA Services since November 2015, offering consulting services in strategic planning, grant writing, and fundraising. As a co-business owner of Total Rehab Construction Co., Kelly contributes to the renovation of homes and commercial properties. Previous roles include owner of Power Music Group, talent scout at EMA Worldwide, and founder/executive director of the DO Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to eradicating homelessness in Detroit. Kelly's background also includes positions in talent booking and artist management, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Full Sail University and an Associate's degree in Finance from Wayne State University.
