Courtney van Damme

Courtney Van Damme is an experienced Program Manager currently employed at Morey since May 2023, overseeing development and New Product Introduction efforts throughout the product lifecycle. Previously, Courtney served in various roles at Pernix Group, Inc. from September 2013 to May 2023, including Facility Security Officer and Marketing Coordinator, managing industrial security compliance for multiple companies and leading marketing initiatives. As Owner and President of CMW Photography LLC from December 2005 to September 2014, Courtney focused on freelance photography and design services. Additionally, Courtney held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at TWA Photographic Artists from May 2011 to September 2013, managing operations for high-volume wedding photography. Education was attained at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Journalism-Advertising/Integrated Marketing Communications and Photography.
