Richard A. Buck

Richard, a veteran real estate developer, has served in various leadership roles with nationally recognized multifamily developers the likes of Post Properties, Colonial Properties Trust, Altman Development and Crescent Resources LLC. Throughout his 18 plus years of service in the construction management and development industry, Richard has provided leadership to the acquisition, design, entitlement, construction and/or development of over 6,000 multifamily units and 1,500 single family lots, across four states.

Richard now leads the Southeast development team for MORGAN with a regional office in Fort Lauderdale. He and his team are currently focused on sourcing and developing high end luxury infill projects in Florida and the Carolinas. Mr. Buck served in the United States military, honorably discharged as a 1LT Infantry Officer assigned to A Co/1st Bn/ 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne) after 11 years with the USAR and ALANG.

Richard holds a BS degree in Construction Management from Auburn University. He and his wife of 20 years, Kristy, along with their six children live in Palm City, Florida where he serves as Deacon at Grace Presbyterian Church (PCA).
