Aiman Salimbayeva has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Aiman started their career in 2007 as an Instructor of Technical English, General English, and Business Skills at Special Project-2 and Special Project-3 Atyrau Training Centre. Aiman then worked as an ACS Operator at Bolashak Atyrau, Bateman Kazakhstan Oil & Gas Company in 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, Aiman worked as a Business Skills and ELT Instructor at CTG, Special Project-4 Atyrau Training Centre, Agip KCO. Following this, they became an HR Inspector, Production Manager Assistant, and HR Manager Assistant at LLC "TESLA-Tan" from 2011 to 2013.
