Sam Cotton

Sam Cotton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Loan Officer at The Mortgage House since October 1996, Sam assists clients in making informed decisions and determining the optimal path forward for their mortgage needs. Prior to this role, Sam spent over 28 years as a Network Manager at Pacific Bell, where expertise in problem-solving and creative solutions was developed to meet client requirements. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
